“I’m originally from Texas, but I’ve been staying at my family’s place in Hammonds Plains for a while. I’ve been going to the Esso here the past few days, and there’s a guy working the afternoon shift who has the best customer service. He always has a smile on his face and is very decent and respectful. I also noticed he was working on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, which is really motivating. He truly sets a great example, and I genuinely hope he gets what he deserves.”

“The new guy that’s doing the Full serve really needs to learn how to do the windshield. My windshield were cleaner before I went in. He’s not lifting up the wiper blades, but whatever but he’s gone from the bottom of the top or stretching across the whole car and keep shaking the car then in the back he’s going from the top doing it up and down and leave a mud on the back and we even big things of mud streaks, right where the driver needs to see other than that they’re great thank you for the false serve. I really needed it.”

“Love the fact that you get gas 3.5 cents cheaper when you pay cash/debit. However, and I know this sounds ridiculous, but when I buy my gas here my mileage goes down. I dont know if it is the quality of the gas or my imagination but in a full tank of gas I get 50-75 km less than if I buy it at Esso or Irving.”

From the moment you walk she was so inviting going out of her way to help you and make you feel welcome. As a trucker and go thru a lot of truck stops, she stood out above all! “This is another one of our local gas stations; because my husband works for Irving Shipbuilding, I think he just feels like part of the team and needs to buy gas here, ha! The store is always clean, and has a great variety of items. This is where we usually get our propane, too. Love that if we forget to go to Costco for milk, they have competitive pricing on 2L on Thursdays and Fridays.”

“Their cleanliness especially in their bathrooms and the design of the corners and edges in the bathrooms are great. No dirt on the walls or in the corners. They also have next to none best staff that are taught or no how to clean. Other places such as drugstores don't understand what cleanliness means but Irving do. Also have great banana bread and well priced Bananas. Their staff have been nice and helpful to me. Their car washers are easy to use.”

I just watched an elderly woman try to purchase food at this location and even though what she handed the employee wasn’t enough for the purchase she was assured that it in fact was.
