“I rented their Wood Chipper. We had it for several days (Easter Weekend). They gave us a good operating brief before we took off with it. When we had to return it because of bolt issues, they took it and only charged me one day. They have very friendly staff.

“OMG..... best ever store manager in Rhonda. Last fall, I had an issue with a BGE warrantied part. It was coverred but shipping was going to be expensive. I had hopped that it could come up with a family member passing through, that had not yet occured. As she put her order through she noticed my part was still there and had the vendor add it to her order for shipping. ALL without me having to do anything. This lady knows what customer service is!!!!”
