I wish I had asked her name (fairly short, blond woman in her 30s), but she saved me from a stressful situation with compassion and efficiency. “Never had any problems with this bank, great, frendly bankers and they get straight to the point. Why not 5 stars? I find that, the hours are a bit inconvenient especially for high schoolers and people with jobs because me? Personally? I get off of school around 3 and by the time i get home, i dont have enough time usually to even make it there before it closes so that is one biiig problem that is making me think about changing banks.”
