“My daughter called Motion Autoworks and spoke to the owner..his name escapes me...long story short he was very friendly made our appointments for both vehicles for Nov..I stopped in on Tuesday or Wednesday and told him I was hearing a scraping noise from my breaks...so he booked me for today at 9.. this gentleman had the problem figured out and I was out the door in no time..I've spend a bit over $3.000 at a dealership both appointments were a fail...the reason I always took my car to the dealership was because I assumed they knew their products....apparently not...I won't put their business out there but obviously dealerships don't always know their vehicles. We definitely found our forever mechanic...this business gets 100 stars from me...keep up the good work !! Thanks a million ...much appreciated !! Bravo!!”

“My vehicle developed a serious oil leak, the source of which, I couldn’t locate. I had put three gallons of oil into the engine in less than two weeks! I passed your garage on the way to taking my fiancée to her store in Westville, and although I am very low on funds, I booked it in to get a diagnosis. Expecting the worst, I was thinking that it might be terminal, as it is 12 years old and has over 400,000km on the clock.
I took it in yesterday, and had a short wait before the mechanic took it into the workshop. I had to wait just over an hour and the wonderful young lady behind the desk, Taylor, I believe is her name (I am old and terrible for remembering names, so forgive me if I am incorrect!) told me it was almost done, as in FIXED! The bill, including everything, was just over $200, I am sure any other garage would have charged a lot more than that!
The mechanic, who was cheerful and a pleasure to meet, brought my vehicle round to the front, and told me it was the pressure sensor, he had one and decided to fix it there and then. The cost, in my opinion, was more than reasonable, and I was very impressed with your service, in fact, I can’t fault it.
Thank you so much, all of you, for keeping her on the road, The next time I have issues with Luna (my car’s name) I will be certain to call on you again. It’s very hard to find a garage you can trust, I think I have found one in MacQuarrie”

“This Shop took amazing care of a sprinter van owned by a famous Wind energy company. in april 2023 they replaced the exhaust system and did some work on the computer. weird stuff happenend when MB wanted to make an update on the DPF system. They also did the safety inspection on this date and in another occasion. connect the dots on this one”

“I'd like to share my recent experience with Anchor Toyota and more specifically Justin from sales.

I had found a vehicle I had been looking to acquire for quite some time. I called Anchor and got in contact with Justin from sales.

I had explained I wanted this vehicle for some time but that I was out of province. I then asked if he was able to hold it until I got to Nova Scotia- he went out of his way to start the process last minute before close (I had called 30 minutes before close).

I then notified Justin of my travel arrangements and that I was in a very restricted time slot- he assured me no problem, that he would be there when I arrived on saturday.

I arrived late, and Justin still went out of his way for me. He let me have a long test drive and then told me to take as much time as necessary- despite my cutting into his weekend.

It doesn't stop there- when I arrived in my home province I found a minor difficiency with the vehicle- I reached out to Justin who responded immediately and informed me he would make it right and provided the means to do that.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience as an out-of-province purchaser, and my experience with Justin was nothing short of above industry standard.
