“Not a big fan of chain stores but this location's good.
Haven't met a single employee that wasn't extremely friendly and welcoming.
And they all understand sarcasm, so if I make a joke about them not having any straws or something they seem to understand that it's sarcasm and that I'm not trying to get them in trouble or be mean. In general I don't feel like I can be sarcastic around most retail employees these days because they get too defensive for anything to land.”
