“Took my wife's van in for problems with the AC. They quickly identified the problem and offered repair options that were cost effective given the age of the van. I was really pleased with the service, the price options were fair and under what I was expecting to pay.

“Great people. They changed the timing belt and water-pump on my car a while ago (no issues so far so I assume they did a good job!), and, since I live very far from town, were kind enough to stay late to finish it so that I would be able to drive home.”
“I can't thank Kevin and the team at Motor Tech Pro enough for their excellent service. I was having some issues with my car and had called several shops, all giving me high quotes, which was just too much, especially right before Christmas. I was feeling pretty stressed and honestly, a little hopeless.
Then I called Motor Tech Pro and got Kevin on the phone. From the start, Kevin was patient and kind, unlike the other mechanics I had spoken with, who rushed through the conversation. He took the time to listen as I explained the problem, asked thoughtful questions, and helped me understand that what I thought was the issue probably wasn’t the case—especially since my 2020 Kia shouldn’t be having that particular issue.
Kevin wasn’t quick to make assumptions like other shops, which I really appreciated. After I had my car towed to Motor Tech Pro, Kevin called me just 33 minutes later with the results of his tests. He explained that the issue was the battery and that the engine oil needed to be changed. I agreed to go ahead with the repairs, and to my surprise, my car was ready for pickup by 2:34pm the same day!
I didn’t expect to get my car back so quickly, especially with other cars in the shop. Kevin’s great customer service and attention to detail really put me at ease. Thank you so much, Kevin, for your honest, professional service. I'll definitely be returning if I need anything else done to my car!”
“Had a bent rim and some curb rash that needed repair. Kyle from Rim Pros did an awesome job fixing the damage and even painted the rims white — they look great with the Type R center caps. Andrew was also great to deal with and helped mount the rims right at the shop. Great group of people — highly recommend them!”

“Mike is awesome! Visiting from Toronto 2 separate trips, different imported cars, needed his help. My Volvo’l wouldn’t start, he found broken tooth on the flywheel. Neither he nor any other mechanic in Sydney qualified to fix. He showed me a way to start the car so I could make it safely back to Toronto to my mechanic. Most recent trip, one wheel on my Audi making weird noise. He found it was damaged plastic dust cover, removed and I will order and replace when I’m back home. Both times he fit me in without appointment and did not charge me a penny for his time. Mike treated me like family, highly recommend!”
“Took my car in for a sound i’ve been hearning mid start up been trying for so long to figure out what this was and every mechanic kept telling me my car was fine because they couldn’t take the time to really listen and look. My nans swears up and down by brian she always goes to him. Brian diagnosed it first time ever seeing my car and did mutiple things to help my car until i get it in. He was very nice and educated, took the time to explain to me everything he put in, the pros of it and even what was broke and how it works as well as a price margin for the cost of what i need done so i’m not ripped off. I appreciate your help a lot i’ll be back.”

But I got a flat while up in Sydney travelling up from Pictou County and I wanted to make sure my tire was fixed professionally since I have a baby. We are on a road trip from Halifax to Newfoundland. Yesterday we noticed that our tire was clearly losing air. So after we went on the ferry tomorrow we had to take care of it today. Canadiantire and two other repair shops had already sent us away and didn't have time. The guy at reception was very straight but not unfriendly;) he took everything in quickly and 40 minutes later the car was in front of us with a repaired tire, he didn't want any money... if you could give 10 stars I would!”

“The owner is soooo nice and helpful!! Our tire alarmed on our way to Cape Breton and a nail is spotted. We’re so thrown off cuz the rental company Enterprise is not effective and it’s late that all auto shops are closed. We’re lucky to find this only one that’s open and he fixed it quickly without charging us. Made our day much better. Absolutely recommend his shop!!”
