“Great folks, we were traveling through and car broke down. We were told to drop in and he would check it out. Was able to diagnose the problem in 15 min. Ordered the parts and fit me in the schedule the same day. He even gave us his car for the day so our family could go site seeing while the car was getting repaired. We’re so thrown off cuz the rental company Enterprise is not effective and it’s late that all auto shops are closed. We’re lucky to find this only one that’s open and he fixed it quickly without charging us. Made our day much better. Absolutely recommend his shop!!”

“I had a situation where I heard some grinding coming from the rear of my vehicle. Sparkes was able to get me in the very next day (I called pretty late in the day to begin with) and very likely would have had my vehicle back to me that day had the store they acquired their parts from not opened very late in the day after a second round of heavy snow. As it was I still got my vehicle repaired and back to me the following day in a timely manner and the mechanics even found another small issue that had been missed by the previous work I'd had done on the car elsewhere and were able to correct it. The men working there were also very nice, offering to give me a ride to and then back from the hotel I was staying at down the street instead of needing to call for a cab. They also let me know about a non-immediately-serious issue to keep an eye out for that I could address at a later time. Overall I thought they were absolutely great and I'd definitely recommend them if anyone is needing repairs for their vehicle.”

“Excellent service! Had inspection completed after stealership tried to rip me off for over $1000 in repairs. Told me my aftermarket "lifetime" adjustable ball joints needed replacement. Spent 30 min to do a quick adjustment to already in spec ball joints and refused to go to go back to the dealership to redo the inspection. Also dealership told me all rear brake pads needed replacement. R&R said they are still passable, but will need to be replaced soon and only one side was an issue. They tell it like it is and aren't looking to rip you off. Great guys!”

“Got a front caliber done on my drivers side along with a brake inspection by Sydney Mazda. A week later my brake light turned on so I immediately took my vehicle in the next morning driving for my life thanks to my emergency brake! Turns out my brake fluid was gushing out the front where my caliber was done but they still fixed it for me & I won’t find out until next week if I’m paying for the service or what because the power was out at their location so they couldn’t do any paperwork. Very odd situation and I’m hoping it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg because it’s Christmas weekend.”
“I purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander ES (White Diamond) in October 2021 and had a great experience at Sydney Mitsubishi! Brendon, Mike, Faith and all the parts staff were wonderful to deal with. Everything was personable and at no time did I feel pressure to buy. The whole procedure was thorough and quick. Coming from Antigonish I was driving home with my new vehicle within a couple hours which was great. The team got me exactly what I needed, and I got to take advantage of 3 rebates that were available which saved me 1,500. I was able to order the accessories I was looking for right from the parts department and travelled down in November to pick them up. Brendon followed up within a couple weeks to see how I was getting along with my vehicle. This was my first brand new vehicle and 4WD/AWD and I absolutely love it. I can’t say enough about what a safe and reliable SUV the outlander is. I wanted to be able to get back and forth to work in any weather and this SUV does the job with ease. I can’t praise this vehicle enough. The only complaint I have is the front hood shakes quite a bit when driving, however when I brought it up to the service department my mind was instantly put at ease when they said it was a known issue and a recall was put out of it. The metal is just thin. They booked me an appt to get it fixed right away. I highly recommend the Mitsubishi Outlander and buying from Sydney Mitsubishi!!”
