The premises are always spotless, the indoor parking very appreciated and convenient, and the staff (Erica and Paul) are always accommodating, knowledgeable and communicate promptly with any news concerning their site. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering renting a storage unit. I have not had the opportunity to use their Purolator services but do not doubt this service would be just as great.”

JoAnn was, as always, most helpful in the booking and assigning the space for me to park for the winter.
This is the third year of using Bluebird Self Storage in Truro for winter storage of our RV and are very happy and satisfied.”
“I’ve rented a trailer from this place at least 10 times. Every time I go they’re always efficient at getting me set up, I’m usually in and out in under 10 minutes. There is a much larger U-Haul location on the Halifax side, but this one always seems to have the trailer I need when the other location doesn’t. Prices are good too.”

“The staff here was so kind especially as I was very nervous about this whole rental experience. My first experiences with Uhaul were not as good until a friend took me to this location. They even gave me a card for the manager if I had any questions or concerns after I left the shop and was nervous. Thank you for the time you gave me.”
“I have been storing my stuff here for about four years. I haven't had any real problems, but my one complaint is that they bill for every 28 days (four weeks) instead of monthly. That way, they get an extra payment every year, and I never know the day my bill is due because it changes by two or three days every month. It's expensive enough as it is. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. The place is clean, and when I call for the rare question or issue, the staff are friendly and helpful.”
