“This is one of the best Best Westerns I have stayed at ever. Wonderful friendly staff! The rooms in the main building are a good size, and very clean. The beds were the most comfortable of our trip, even Goldilocks would approve not too hard, not too soft. The temperature in the room was also very comfortable, a difficult balance to achieve in late fall. We enjoyed a swim in the pool which is clean, well maintained and not overchlorinated. Then we were pleasantly surprised by our free breakfast in the restaurant where a buffet with a chef at an omelet station served our food. We only stayed for a night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay longer.”

“We booked here because it was the cheapest option available in town and we needed a shower after a couple of days camping around NS. We weren’t expecting much since the reviews were catastrophic, but we don’t shy away from a good deal ;)
What a surprise to discover the place was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating girl at the reception/bar/table service. The room was huge and clean with parking in front of door. Shower pressure was high. Nice towels and bed sheets. Fridge and microwave in the room.
This being said, the whole place is old school and got a big Lynchesque vibe to it (go grab a beer at the bar in the lobby, you’ll get it) that’s for sure, but we prefer this kind of experience while traveling to boring chain hotels. Would come back for sure!”
