He is always so polite, well-spoken and professional. Even, when the pharmacy is swamped with customers and prescriptions to fill, I have noticed this manager remains calm and friendly. Being recently retired from the Public Service I know that working with the general public is not always a pleasant experience. This Pharmacy has come to be a very busy location with a high senior population. It is not hard to tell that this Pharmacy Team is doing "more with less". Thank you for all your hard work.
