“I blew a tire on my way home from work. I got the spare on and called Dennis as he does all my tire work. He told me to come right over and at 9:00 pm he fixed my tire. He left his family and his supper to take care of me. That is why I go to Dennis. You won’t find better prices on your car and truck tires and the service is unheard of these days. “I needed a transmission repair! These people KNOW auto repair. They drained the fluid installed a screen and replaced the fluid. Also they noticed my brakes needed an improvement - they mentioned it but I needed my vehicle to travel. Repair was under $250. Extremely reasonable. I will be back for sure! Wish I lived closer!
Not fancy shop but fancy just means more expensive. I appreciate the simplicity.
I was back 2 weeks later for the brakes and I hit a mailbox with my mirror(Ughhhh) brakes fixed and Chad - was awesome! Brakes fixed in one day! Mirror ordered and fixed the next day too!

Whitesides in St. Clairsville didnt want to make it right even though I have a warranty thru GM and extended warranty. “I would give Charlie 100 stars if I could! He went above and beyond to help us when we were stranded on the side of the highway with a flat tire in the middle of nowhere.We were on a cross-country roadtrip when our rental car broke down very far from where we needed to get to. AAA originally quoted a 2 hour wait as they said it would be difficult to find a tow truck driver who’d be willing to drive all the way out to retrieve us and tow us the free 100 miles towards our destination. A few short minutes later, Charlie called saying he could leave immediately and be there in 30 minutes.Charlie was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make the whole experience as painless as possible. After towing our car the 100 miles to the nearest rest stop, not only did he do his best to make sure the rest stop he’d be dropping us off at was a clean and safe one, but he even helped us change our spare tire so that we could drive the rest of the way to our destination.While we were riding in his tow truck, Charlie even offered us the ability to play our own music through Bluetooth! He was really nice and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been.I would highly recommend this tow truck driver to anyone who needs help. He is a true professional and a great guy.Charlie, if you see this, thank you so much for your help!
