“I lived here for a year and while it is pricey, you pay for what you get, I never had any issues and when I moved out I actually got my security deposit back, while certain people didn’t I’m not too sure but as long as you clean the place thoroughly before you move, you should be just fine!”
“I love living here! The staff is really easy to work with. The building manager is very friendly and helpful, maintenance team always fixes stuff within 24 hours, the apartments are nice and the location is perfect. When looking for a place to rent it’s easy to fall into a bad lease or a predatory landlord and I am so relieved to not deal with that. I’ve heard so many nightmares and experienced a few myself but never at highland square. Love it here.”

“I have been living here for a year now and I love it. I think the value for what you are getting is pretty good and it is plenty of space for just myself. I love how there are garages included, a huge plus. It is pretty quiet even though you are surrounded on all sides by other apartments. Lots of people who walk their dogs, it feels more like a neighborhood than other apartment areas. For the issues I have had (mainly the garage being finicky) they have always fixed super quick the day of. I think if you are friendly to the people who work here they will be friendly back.”

“I was nervous when I first moved in because of the apartment complex right next to us but so far the office staff has been amazing and the maintenance guys, Paul & Terry, have been great! They are quick to come when you have an issue and are always super friendly. Its refreshing having staff that cares. The townhouses are nice too, they make sure everything is perfect for you when you move in.”
