I bought my iPhone 17 pro in Naples and was unimpressed with the service I received. But I turned my old phone into the Summit Mall store where everyone was very helpful. Tyler took care of everything and he was very careful to make sure I got my refund. Wish Naples at Waterside was like that.

Really annoying that everything takes forever here, this weird store set up is a suxh waste of people's time. Why does it always take nearly 45 mins to just walk into the store and purchase a new item? Why do you try to make it some sort of event? Upsell and annoying stuff. Many people don't need this and just want to walk in buy their items and leave. You should have a dedicated line/person to just handle normal orders. Ive already been waiting 15 mins (and will be here for at least another 30 mins 🙄) I just want to buy an iPhone and leave...

If you get a trade in amount and they say bring the phone back it’s to close to close get your price in writing and signed by the manager. Been an apple customer for 20 years and you want to stiff us out of money. I’d expect this out of Verizon but not you guys.

I had a problem with my 2 phones
I came here 5 times within 10 days
Everybody told me something different
First time they say, we’ll fix it
And they did it after 2 days Having the same problem back . I came back they told me oh would you like to trade in for $470
I said no, I want to replace the phone. They said yeah sure you can do that. You have to call online.
I called online. They tell me sure we can help you with that. They hold the $2600 from my account for the 2 phone replacement. I waited 5 days
I didn’t receive anything so I called them back. They said it’s still processing after they told me I will get it in 2 days.
So they said you’re more than welcome to cancel and go to the store and replace it there so I went back to the store to replace it. They said no sorry you can’t replace it who told you can replace it. We can only fix it. You have to pay 400 for each phone. So I said OK never mind how about the trade-in? I want to purchase a new phone. They said your two phones 15 Pro Max worth (((0 )))dollar to trade in so I don’t know who who’s right who’s not right who’s lying to me or hose unprofessional and don’t know what to do with their job and why they do me like that
I’m literally stressed out. I left crying. They wasted my time a lot, and I don’t know why I’m paying AppleCare 60$ a month For three phones and I ended up leaving not fixing my problem for 10 days
I don’t appreciate the manager. I don’t appreciate anybody in the store because everybody threw me to other person. Everybody Blaming someone else
Very unprofessional And I will cancel my AppleCare and I will never go back with Apple even in my iPhone 17 Pro Max frozen nobody can hear me through speaker and they didn’t fix my problem as well

We had an appointment which they checked us in for and then they accidentally deleted the appointment, leaving us sitting there for over an hour.
The staff is always well trained and great problem solvers. Lucky to have a store in our area.

Nick was assisting me at the Geek Bar, he was very helpful! I had picked my Mac book up from the Geek Squad and took it to Apple instead. He took care of me well. I got it back within a few days fully repaired and they even cleaned the screen for me :)

Great customer service, Jamal and Aaron were super personable, professional, and caring. My daughter had broken her phone, they took care of her and eased her anxiety.
Major kudos to the entire team, as this was an exceptional customer service experience that I would put way above any other retail experience that I've had.

Not to many shoe stores
