Apple Summit Mall is known for its very helpful and super friendly crew. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, with great customer service and great problem solvers. Customers report a better experience here than at phone carrier locations. While one appointment issue caused a long wait, service is typically quick with quicker processing. The store provides careful assistance for trade-ins, refunds, and full repairs, often returning items cleaned and like new. It is a highly recommended store in the area.
Had a severely cracked screen. Starmed was very helpful and customer service focused. I was impressed how he handled multiple customers and multiple questions at the same time while pleasing everyone.
