I have a problem with direct TV and I suppose to return the box np to a att store so I walked up their and was told their not a company store they will not take it or I still get charged if they did. So you have ATT as your name that should meet you represent that company and their customers if you don't want to help the people that pay for you to use that name then use a deferent name or get a to represent the people

Went to AT&T store in Akron Ohio Fri Aug 11 2023 Waterloo Rd and i had the greatest experience ever since owning a cell phone. The person who helped us was the quickest ever in the history of solving an issue. I mean about a min no joke the issue was solved…. She needs a raise immediately….Thank you so much

This place is a fraud.. My fiance was hacked from this att&t store. He bought a new phone and they took over his bank cards, cash app and everything. They hacked anything his phone number was attached to. He went to another at&t store and they told him they are an at&t store but not an actual at&t store. Why would at&t allow that. Anyway he had to get another phone and a different number after having his old number for 25 years. Others have been hacked.

Do not buy from this store. They will throw services on to your account without even asking you or talking about them. Both my wife and I, several months apart with different employees, when we switched services they royally screwed up our bills with trade in issues as well as added insurance and AT&T NextUp service, all additional charges, without us even knowing.EXTREMELY shady. Fortunately AT&T's phone/chat service fixed things both times. So, no issues with AT&T itself, just this store.

I cancelled AT&T and direct TV. I can no longer do business with restrictions and lack of customer service. There are better options. Don't waste your time with AT&T. You can do better.

Don’t mean to be that person, but if you can go to another ATT store, go to another ATT store. The store associate I had was new. However, he clearly isn’t adequately being trained. He also walked away from me mid conversation and when the manager asked where he was going, he said, “I’m going to the batheroom.” I waited another 10 minutes before being asked to come over to be serviced. So…they have 0 customer service skills, whatsoever…

My mother went into ATT today and sat and waited for help. A beautiful young lady named Ebony took the time to talk to her about upgrading her plan and completing four upgrades for our family. She did not try to upsell... Instead she took her time and listened to our needs and provided superb customer service, awesome personality and honest advice which added up to our needs. I HIGHLY recommend stopping to see her. She is so sweet and funny. She makes dealing with hard issues a breeze! Kudos to her!!!! We will return and strongly recommend!
