Didn’t explain didn’t help more or less had me waiting for 45 minutes to an hour didn’t explain. Nothing had me to spend money and wouldn’t do no kind of exchange or help.

Went to see about upgrading phones store manager checked us in said it will be about 20-30 minutes a few others walked in afterwards another employee came out from the back and asked who’s next the store manager pointed to the customers that walked in 18 minutes after me..not once did he look at the table I was sitting at after waiting 30 minutes so I just walked out.

My wife went in to have the sim changed to her new iPad. We were greeted by Armani who was very helpful and friendly. We also bought a screen protector for the iPad and one for her new phone. Armani happily installed them for us. It was a good day at the AT&T store and my wife and I left happy with the excellent service we received.

Normally don’t have too many problems with At&T customer service. Today we walked in, and waited 10 minutes before anyone got around to us. Not the biggest deal in the world, but the associate that came around was obviously on his way out. Didn’t fully consider what we were there for and dismissed us. Won’t be back to this location.

I purchased a new phone on Nov 4, 2024 and Cheyenne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was extremely pleasant and made the experience seamless. Previously she handled my transactions at the Hermitage location and when I found out she transferred locations, I made the drive to Akron just so she can take care of my next purchase.

The employee I seen was super kind. However, the company has given me a run around for months ever since I got the iPhone 15 pro max and it’s been glitching and not working correctly. Apple will tell me it’s AT&T’s responsibility and AT&T tells me it’s Apple’s. I didn’t spend over $1,000 on a phone for it to only work part of the time.
