Firestone Complete Auto Care in Akron is a one-stop shop for vehicle needs, from standard maintenance to tires and repairs. The staff is noted for being professional, friendly, and respectful, with a focus on customer safety and thorough service. Customers report satisfactory experiences with specific services like alignments, which are completed quickly. The business is considered good for tires and alignment work. However, some services, like suspension and brake repairs, can be pricey, and it is suggested to get multiple diagnoses for such work. The mechanics are often younger, and while at least one ASE certified person is typically present, the certification of others is not always certain. Overall, the expert team provides reliable and affordable auto care tailored to unique needs, aiming to get customers back on the road.
