“I have had a number of experiences with this Van's location specifically but the most recent on was the icing on the cake. I took my car in for service to a local authorized dealer for my vehicle. It came back with twice as many issues as I took it in with. They then refused to take a second look and right the wrong. I called Van's at 6pm and was seen at 11am the following day and given the real diagnosis for my vehicle without charge. The vehicle got a clean bill of health with some items to watch. Bet your bottom dollar Van's on Waterloo will be getting my business for those items!”

“I went there three days ago October 6th. I went to repair my flat tire for my semi truck. I went there and 12:20PM and they got me started right away. They finished everything in less that 20 minutes and I left at 12:40Pm. The mechanics name was zack and he did a amazing job. I loved it.”

“This place is dope. Called them to drop off some tires because I just got new ones. The lady was very nice and professional. She told me it was less than $5 to drop off sedan tires. I was like whaaa??? I said really? She said. Yep! I had something to do but I liked her so I pulled up within 5 min. They all were nice when I got there I backed in talked to the lady I spoke to on the phone. She was nice in person too. But anyway if y'all need to drop your tires off go to this place. Don't pay them shops like they tried to do me. I think $20. Cap. Smh. Lol. Oh yea, they charge a little more for truck tires. Couple dollars. Holla!”

“Unfortunately, I've had to get a lot of work done lately - 4 new tires, new front brakes - all within the last two months.Fortunately, I got it done at this Tire Choice location.Ken, the manager, and the very nice young woman who works at the front desk, are always friendly, accommodating, and professional.But, my third recent visit today, is what inspired me to write this review.My wife got into a minor fender-bender just by our house. Nothing wrong aside from some popped-out paneling in the back. It was so minor I figured I could even fix it myself. My wife, on the other hand, wanted a second opinion. So, I obliged.I called Tire Choice, thinking they don't do body work but may give me a recommendation. I explained the situation, and they asked if I could come down right then. I did.Ken looked the car over and, without hesitation, began popping panels and ratcheting bolts right on the spot. I even asked if he wanted me to pull it in the garage to put it on the rack instead of laying down on the asphalt - he declined and kept going.All the while, I'm standing there chit-chatting with him while he's working. We talk about our kids, cars, etc.Fifteen minutes later, my car looked as good as new (or at least, as it had before the fender bender).I asked him how much I owed him. He said, "Just write a nice review."I hope this is satisfactory, Ken. Thanks, again!”

“This is my first review for a mechanic, but I felt the need to write it. I found this place by accident and with some hesitation, as I live 50 minutes away. Initially, I was doubtful because it's quite small and in an unusual location. However, I soon realized that this is a classic case of 'don't judge a book by its cover.' I needed an alignment and tires, and I can confidently say that this is the only mechanic, compared to other 5-star mechanics with hundreds of reviews, that has left my car exactly how I wanted it. Surprisingly, the alignment was perfect, and the price was lower than at any other 5-star mechanic. I highly recommend this place if you need an alignment and a mechanic who delivers on his promises.”
