“I went in to get a tire replaced. In and out in probably 10 minutes. I don't think it's any easier unless I have a pit crew. The worst part was cash only, but oh no. Woe is me. I went across the street to the ATM. So it's a tiny inconvenience for a super fast service. I'll simply have cash in hand the next time I need them.”

I had major leaks all over my Cadi with the Northstar engine. Leaks from pan gasket, valve covers, pwr steering, transmission and needed front suspension and steering work. Matt and his team did a phenomenal job. No more leaks and drives like a brand new car.”

I was like whaaa??? I said really? She said. Yep! I had something to do but I liked her so I pulled up within 5 min. “Thank you to the men of Action Tire Express. I was in a tight spot and they helped point out safety concerns the previous shop I stopped at did not. They just told me to go somewhere else when I asked the to see the inside wall of the tire they were trying to put on my vehicle. Which I could see when he set it down was bald and tearing.
I called in to this business and they were ready to help me as soon as I pulled in.
They even offered to provide service of rotating for free to help me stay safe for the road. It was a pleasure to find some kindness still in this community.

“I had a HORRIBLE experience with an individual putting new rear drum brakes on my car. He took my money, didn't finish the job properly & created an acceleration problem in my car! I called Frank May's Garage in a literal panic because I couldn't drive my car at all. I broke down in tears while speaking with Cathy at the garage. Cathy was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to me! She told me the garage's schedule was full the next 2 days, but to have AAA tow my car to the shop the next day & they would look at my car as soon as they could. The next day, the garage QUICKLY diagnosed my car's problems & had my car fixed before the end of the day! They also kindly did an oil change on my car as well! Cathy GRACIOUSLY drove to my home, picked me up & brought me back to the shop so I could pick my car up. CATHY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND IN HELPING ME WITH MY CRISIS! She was very patient & kind! I CANNOT THANK THE PEOPLE AT FRANK MAY'S GARAGE ENOUGH FOR BEING WILLING TO FIX MY CAR ON TOP OF THEIR ALREADY PACKED SCHEDULE! EVERYONE AT FRANK MAY'S GARAGE SAVED ME & MY CAR! “This tire shop is legit. It's located right off the freeway on Copley Road. I was able to pull right up and get my tires swapped out. At first I thought they only sold used tires but I called ahead and they were able to order in the exact tires that I requested. It took about 1 business day for the tires to come in. You can check out the before and after photos below. They were just finishing another car so I was able to pull right up. The whole process only took about 30 minutes. I was able to do it during my lunch break which was nice. I didn't realize how bad my tires were until the new ones were on. So much quieter and smoother. I recommend and will be back.”
