About Foundation Industries
Foundation Industries is described as a great place to work with good pay and incentives for hard work. The work is noted as hard but simple and fast-paced, particularly in the CNC area. Employees report a pleasant, accommodating, and family-like atmosphere where everyone gets along. Supervising staff are respectful and great. The facility has a great office, is gated, and allows for fairly easy maneuvering, though the lot can get tight with multiple trucks and has debris. Overall, it is highly recommended as a fantastic and greatly improved workplace.
