Hampton Hills Metro Park is a beautiful and well-maintained park featuring several hiking trails that range from moderate to challenging. The park offers two main trails at the entrance, with one being a 1.9-mile natural/gravel route that winds through deep woods, and a more difficult 3.5-mile trail to explore. Visitors can enjoy stunning views, steep inclines, and diverse landscapes, including hills, waterways, and rivers. It is dog-friendly, but dogs must be kept on a leash to comply with Ohio laws. The park also provides clean toilets at the trailhead and picnic tables for visitors. Hampton Hills is considered a hidden gem, perfect for those seeking peace and a gorgeous hike in any season.
They have a two mile trail and a three mile trail which are mostly wooded, and it's about a novice level. So you can probably jog on it. And i'm not sure if mountain bikes would work. They might!!

We only walked the smaller trail and it was amazing! Will be back to walk the Adam's trail
