Hotels, Venues & Event Spaces
Holiday Inn Akron West - Fairlawn offers a convenient location just off the highway, close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Guests find the staff friendly and helpful, with one standout front desk person providing a great guest experience. The rooms are generally clean and quiet, though some are small and show signs of age, such as damaged walls and infrastructure. The bathroom showers can be disappointing, with many experiencing cold water issues. The building is older, with some broken amenities like the ice machine and out-of-order urinals. Breakfast options are limited, often offering stale muffins and cold coffee, and there is no complimentary breakfast like other hotels in the same price range. Despite these issues, guests appreciate the location and the friendly service, especially the exceptional front desk staff. Overall, it provides a decent stay for travelers seeking a budget-friendly hotel near the highway.
