  This location routinely has…challenging…clients but every time I’m here I see hard working bank tellers trying the best they can

  I’ll be driving the extra 15 to the cuyahoga falls branch for now on. Lady was rude and spoke condescendingly towards my partner and I. Didn’t even fix what I came in for, now I have to take time off work to go into a different branch so I can make sure my car payment goes through on time.

  Everytime I go to make a deposit through the atm..both machines are down! I am so over this location!
