The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and awesome. They offer an interactive experience and provide excellent information. Customers are treated very well, with services like price matching and discounts for military and licensed businesses. Many have shopped here for years, stating it is a great place and a pleasure to visit. It is considered the primary indoor gardening store in Akron, with a recipe for success and no issues reported.
