“We were so happy when the Bath store opened and we were in for a pleasant surprise. We are seniors with mobility issues. We searched high and low for a new Christmas tree to meet our needs and finally found what we needed at Petitti's. Big decision for a number of reasons. Mr. Petitti was so kind, helpful and we must say very patient as we were trying to decide. The tree is absolutely beautiful. We did have a slight problem setting it up and called the store. Not only was Laurie helpful but she assured us she would take care of any problem we might have. It was an easy fix. The staff is always pleasant and goes out of their way to help with what we need. We also found the prices very competitive with sales and incentives. Thanks everyone. Welcome to the neighborhood!”
“Today I went to Home Depot for two things they had me get in line I was in the store in about 2 minutes once inside the nicest employees told me what aisle I needed then two very friendly employees helped me get exactly the product I was looking for I found it on their web site then the line to check out went fast I was in and out quickly. “Some things should be clearly labeled online only. I went looking for a gas line with valve set for a stove. There were like 3 online on the site but apparently none in the stores. Disappointing because I could have got it from the Walmart i was at right before I went there... besides that they are pretty good about anything building related and I actually bought a brand new washing machine (one of the big ones 4.5cf) from them a few years back... best big purchase ever.”

“Absolutely outstanding customer service. We had two beautiful hand painted Italian pots and wanted a special arrangement for the front of our house. Graf had the best reviews. I called and spoke to Isaac who said the could and would be happy to help with pots as I am disabled. In a little over a week we picked them up and they are beautiful. And a great value. Less than twice the price of a simple geranium basket of similar size. When we picked them up Lisa Graf the owner brought them out and helped us select some other plants for our back deck. So knowledgeable and so helpful. We’ll never go anywhere else.”
