“Placed two orders for two days in a row- funeral flowers and a homecoming boutonniere. I was pleased with the price for the items received. Orders were ready/delivered on time. The funeral flowers were gorgeous. I only spoke with the florist to convey my ideas of what I wanted without a picture to go by. The boutonniere was perfect. Kerns did it again- so beautiful. Thumbs up all the way! I'll keep coming back!”

“I was very happy with Canton Road Garden Center. I almost given up but they caught my eye. The folks were very friendly and helpful with a organized place to add. Also reasonable prices and a Koi pond with big fat fish. I will definitely return to this nursery.”

“I've shopped here several times for my indoor garden, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always helpful, answers my questions, and points me toward the right products instead of trying to sell me things I don't need. They have quality grow supplies, and I highly recommend them to anyone growing indoors.”

“Ordered flowers for a funeral, short notice over a holiday weekend, wasn't sure if they would be able to fill my online order with such short notice. The flowers were gorgeous and delivered before the morning memorial service! Very happy, highly recommend! The price of the flowers and delivery were very reasonable, as well.”

“Absolutely outstanding customer service. We had two beautiful hand painted Italian pots and wanted a special arrangement for the front of our house. Graf had the best reviews. I called and spoke to Isaac who said the could and would be happy to help with pots as I am disabled. In a little over a week we picked them up and they are beautiful. And a great value. Less than twice the price of a simple geranium basket of similar size. When we picked them up Lisa Graf the owner brought them out and helped us select some other plants for our back deck. So knowledgeable and so helpful. We’ll never go anywhere else.”

“Had water heater break in the middle of the night and flood basement floor. After sucking up water, I called Home Depot and they sent an installer right away with the exact water heater. Contractor installed new water heater and in a couple of hours, he was done and gone. Installation was professional and fast. Fantastic job!”

“I just wanted to send a shoutout to Christine who went above and beyond to get me the light bulbs I wanted today. I grabbed the last box off the shelf and found her to see if they had more stored somewhere else. At first she thought they were out but she checked again and found a box on an unopened pallet in a different aisle. She then got a lift operator to get it down for me and searched through the pallet to find the exact box I needed. Great customer service! So appreciated.”

“Adrian at Home Depot was incredibly helpful! He took the time to walk me to everything I needed and even walked me back to the cashier when I was finished. As a single mom who never knows where to find what I need in a home improvement store, I really appreciated his patience, kindness, and willingness to help. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Adrian!”
