If I could give this 0 stars I would. Very rude customer service. I purchased an area rug and saw that the price was over 1/2 off online. On 3/9/25 the “Manager” stated that they do not match online prices and that I would to order it and pick it up the next day.. she also stated that they never match online prices from JCPenney.com. Lastly she stated that it states this policy on their home page which was also a lie.. with customer service like this they will not be in business long. They did not care that it would be 1 hour drive round trip to come back another day to pick up the same rug after having to order it online. It was also not available to be shipped to our house.

Place is amazing. Has everything you ever need. We got portraits done and it was cheap and really good.

Major shortage of carts. I use a cane so don't hand me a shopping bag,! It's always a hassle to get a shopping cart!

Took the kids for holiday photos.. we were seen 20 minutes past appt time but staff is friendly and great with kids. Use a Groupon for the best value.

We went on a Sunday afternoon during the busy back to school season. Despite this, the store was decently organized and well stocked. I was able to find every item that I came in search of, in the correct size, without asking for help. I did, however, experience an issue at checkout that made me not want to return to this store. JCP's website clearly states that they price match to both their online prices and competitors (see screenshot taken that day). However, the "manager", Courtney, very rudely told us that "we never have priced match to our online prices". Clearly, there is a miscommunication between corporate and employees that needs to be addressed. Because of this, we left all of the items that we intended to by and shopped elsewhere, where there's better customer experience and no confusion on policies.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Placed on online order for pickup and selected notifications. Was finally notified that my order was ready and that it had been ready for over 3 days waitng for me to pick it up. I head to this store, walk to the back where Order Pickups are done, only to be greeted by a sign that it was unattended and that I would need to see a cashier at the front of the store. So, I turned around and headed back to the front to find two cashiers talking and not watching for customers. Stood there for a while before I was even acknowledged and then when I told them that I was there to pickup an order, I was told "I can probably help you." Probably? Probably??? I was then asked for my phone number to find the order, which I gave them, but they couldn't find the order. I gave them the order confirmation and barcode to scan from my order confirmation. Then they proceeded to ask for my ID and the last 4 digits of my credit card like I was picking up some multi-million dollar order instaed of a few tee shirts! Wasn't the confirmation email and my ID enough to match to your order information?! I don't even give that much information to a pharmacist!! Is it any wonder why we shop online and have it delivered to our homes?! Never going to this JC Penny again! Most likely none of their stores! Lost a customer today JCP.

Stopped in about 6:15 on a Sunday evening. As I was shopping I walked by the registers and noticed 1 register open and about 3 people in line. I also heard one store employee standing by a rack offering advice to the one who was on the register, so she may be a supervisor or manager but unsure. When I got in line there was a couple at the register and then two people in front of me. Something wasn't ringing up correctly or not what they thought and it was being checked on. The possible manager was standing at another register at this point and there was also another staff member cleaning up at another register. I stood there for almost 10 minutes while they were trying to figure out the price of the couples item and no one in that time thought to open another register or even some explanation? At this point the line was getting longer behind me. I didn't want my items that badly, so I left.
