Store associates are nice, but seem to be forced to upsell you. I went in knowing what I wanted, having checked that it was available online, and I just wanted to double-check the size fit. The sales associate tried to push multiple sizes (not asked for!), and DIFFERENT shoes (that I didn't want!), and kept trying to sell me overpriced socks as well. Decided to buy nothing and go somewhere else. Ended up buying TWO pairs at another store where employees aren't forced to forgo decent customer service in the pursuit of corporate make-number-go-up nonsense. The only reason it's not 1 star is simply that the staff were clearly trying very hard to be courteous in spite of being forced to push unwanted merchandise. Clearly, the corporate company culture is out of touch with real Americans.

Came in looking for a couple shoes for last minute christmas gifts and while the selection was not what I would have hoped for the employees friendlyness and helpful suggestions more than made up for it. And the socks the employee recommended are Soooo Comfortable and warm.

We had a great experience at the Journeys store at Summit Mall! Customer Service was excellent and they have a great selection of merchandise! Must stop by if you're in the market for some shoes!

When I arrived at the Journey's at Summit Mall, I wasn't sure what I was looking for. I had several styles in mind and I was stressed about what I wanted to spend money on. The sales associate named Cristian helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was patient with me while I looked for what I wanted. Cristian helped me order shoes online and double checked my size to make sure he was getting exactly what I needed.

Came into the store looking for shoes and I knew it was going to be a struggle. There was a sales associate named Cristian and he helped me for probably an hour and I thought he was eventually going to start getting frustrated and he had a smile on his face from start to finish. He let me know that as long as it took me to find a shoe he would be there to help me. I can’t say enough good things about the store the management and associates in there are so awesome
