Went to Journeys for school shoes and had an amazing experience. The store was busy but we were instantly greeted and the workers were helpful, willing, and patient with our teenagers. Diamond was beyond great and super friendly. Come to journeys at summit mall not just for the shoes but for great customer service!

Came in looking for a couple shoes for last minute christmas gifts and while the selection was not what I would have hoped for the employees friendlyness and helpful suggestions more than made up for it. And the socks the employee recommended are Soooo Comfortable and warm.
