Macy's is a Great American Department Store established in 1858. It operating over 740 stores coast-to-coast and online, including the Rogue Valley Mall location. The store offers a first class selection of top fashion brands such as Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Clinique, Estee Lauder and Levis, addition to shoes, clothing, housewares, gifts and furniture. Customers find a very nicely organized, clean space with good quality merchandise. Staff are friendly and helpful, providing plenty of help to find whatever you are looking for. Customer service is great and the experience is pretty good. The selection in the men’s dept is good but some items can be too expensive. Still the store is a great place with a wide variety of nice things.
I met the sweetest lady, Lillie!! I was in the women's dept buying jeans. She's awesome at her job!!!!!

I accidentally walked out without paying and realized it quickly. We all had a good laugh. I paid and told them some day they will be old also and do goofy things.

The sales lady in the cologne section i forgot her name but sent ne somewhere else to get what I was looking for and that really made me feel that ahe really wanted to me sure I got what I wanted that's great customer service. Dewanna in the mens section was a very delightful person
