Macy's is a Great American Department Store established in 1858. It operating over 740 stores coast-to-coast and online, including the Rogue Valley Mall location. The store offers a first class selection of top fashion brands such as Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Clinique, Estee Lauder and Levis, addition to shoes, clothing, housewares, gifts and furniture. Customers find a very nicely organized, clean space with good quality merchandise. Staff are friendly and helpful, providing plenty of help to find whatever you are looking for. Customer service is great and the experience is pretty good. The selection in the men’s dept is good but some items can be too expensive. Still the store is a great place with a wide variety of nice things.

Thank you, Corrina! I had to leave town for a funeral the next day and needed a new suit. I had gained some weight, so I was not sure of my sizing. Corrina asked if I had any color preferences and helped me locate matching coat and pants. Then measured me for a new shirt too. She is a great asset to the department.... read full comment
