One person at the register in the entire men’s department. She was busy enough that she was unable to walk away. I was there to walk in, buy a suit and get out. In 20 minutes not one person assisted men with help or sizing. I left and bought a suit down the street.

Most things in housewares had NO PRICES on the merchandise or even on the shelves. Had to stand in line & then wait for the sales rep to figure out how to do a price check. Most items priced quite high.

Macy is an ok store. I got name brand purses for cheap on sale any other than that, so stuff on the lower floor is high even with sale too, but the second floor is somewhat alright

Macy's is a great place they always have really nice things! The only negative thing I would say is some of the items are just too expensive! Customer service is great!

Try finding a nice dress for attending a mid June wedding! THE STYLES ARE HOPELESSLY DISGUSTING! Everything looked frumpy, seriously out dated, or just plain down right ugly! No clothes made in the US anymore. All mostly from China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and India. NOTHING fits right anymore and the selection is a joke. So many expensive dresses with zero zippers. WHO WANTS TO PUT ON A PULL OVER YOUR HEAD FULL LENGTH LINED DRESS? Seriously damn near impossible to get into! Macy's didn't have a single dress that I would, or could, wear. NOT ONE! Tons of stock in size 6 to 8. Nothing in sizes between 8 and 14. YOU CAN DO BETTER MACY'S! AND WE DESERVE BETTER!!
