Bad customer service, horrible Wi-fi, and inept staffing caused me to have to make three trips from West Akron, just to cancel the service a month later. SMH. THUMBS DOWN.

I've been with Metro for a while now and they never fell to amaze me what ever they can do to help you they do it's not so much about trying to sell you a phone as it is trying to go out of their way to help you with your problems and get them fix and they are so nice and respectful keep up the good work you guys are great

They said they were enrolled in the ACP program.Three weeks later, three phones later, approximately $400.00 later,When I got SIX FRIENDS waiting to get signed up...The b-+++ sorry, but we don't do ACP.WAISTED MY TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Not very knowledgable or helpful. Wanted to port my number from AT&T. Wouldn't help unlock my phone. Asked me to go to AT&T to unlock my phone even though i was able to do that over phone for a different phone only a month back. I had to figure that on my own.Even after that, he ported the wrong number to my account even though i gave the sales person the right number twice.When i called the store the sales person after i found out the issue he said he can't help and asked me to call Metro helpline.

I would put no stars but i cant do that.. They(Robin) sold me a phone that doesn't work. I called metro customer service to try to get it turned in and they told me to take the phone back to where I got it from and when I did. She told me there's nothing she can do. So now I'm stuck with this $200 dollar phone that I can't do anything with. She basically robbed me.

Called and the lady was super rude tried to charge me 30 for insurance that is only 6 dollars... so went there still got a attitude from the same woman with fake eyelashes never again will I go into that store period

The staff was the most disrespectful and unprofessional that I have ever seen. Waited an hour to have a number ported over to Metro from AT&T then figured out the kid doing it was using the wrong phone number. When I corrected it, he never said sorry or anything for making us sit and waste an hour o our time. I had a spinal cord injury a few years ago and walk with crutches but was NEVER even offered a chair. I think because of Covid they had no chairs out but come on....you make me wait an hour because you don't enter the data correctly and don't even offer me a seat. To top it off, we are going through a pandemic and the staff wasn't even wearing masks. Will NEVER return to this store.
