Metro by T-Mobile has wonderful people providing excellent and respectful customer service. Customers report the best deals in town and a very customer friendly store. Staff are noted for their knowledge and for going out of their way to help fix problems, focusing on help rather than just making a sale. Many have been with Metro for years and remain extremely satisfied, consistently amazed by the great experience.

Went in Metro PCs to get new service and I was privileged to meet John Reed...he was truly amazing and I would recommend anyone who wants A1 customer service...to go to see him...he explained everything thoroughly to me and made things nice and easy for me to understand....overall just a pleasant experience!!!!!

I joined metro a couple months ago and refuse to go to any store other than this location. The sales rep Ashley always takes care of me and my family finding us the best deals without breaking our budget. Any time I have needed help or had questions she is always glad to help.
