I am absolutely disgusted by this company. My electric has gone out at least 15-20 times this year (probably more), they have cost me over $200 in food from restoration delays, and are charging me bills approaching $200 a month. If you can get any other company for such a necessary utility, do it.

How about they stop price gouging us so they can turn around and give away grants while their website is down half the time I try to log in and the power goes out, for a few minutes to a few hours, for no reason at least a dozen times in the last two weeks
