Answered all my questions and walked me through everything. Amazing follow up. They do amazing work and treat you like a family owned business. I shipped a smaller shipment with FedEx Freight and it was a nightmare. All American Freight Logistics really care about the customers and their drivers. The driver was also very nice and helpful. “Great company. I recently took an IN to MI load for the Akron Ohio office and it went really smooth. Normal wait time at the shipper, and in a door 2hrs early at the receiver. Unload time was just under an hour. Good communication, and I would do business with them again for sure.”

“I was waited on by Susan this is only my second time coming to this location and I came on 1/5/26 it was very busy a long line and she was the only clerk she was getting everyone in and out quickly and was so kind I sent some shoes back with a barcode on my phone. She may not remember me but I wanted to let UPS know she’s amazing and was doing an excellent job with the busy crowd.”
