I came here today and the 2 people working up front were amazing. The one was a lady named Renee, and the other was a guy with brown hair and facial hair, i didn't catch his name. But they both were so helpful and so kind. Its hard to come by good customer service nowadays, but not here :)

The shipping rates and the fact that I can change my delivery options if needed while my package is in transit. Like this package I had to have them hold at the local store and made the change while package was already in transit
