“I was devastated when someone hit my car in a shopping plaza parking lot. My 20 year-old car is very precious to me. Once the insurance company accepted the liability, Summit Collision Pros. handled everything. Even though I didn't have to pay for it myself, I thought the estimate was reasonable. And my car came out looking like nothing happened to it. They did a great job in a timely manner.”

“Gas tank Rich is the real deal!! He's the best at what he does. I drove all the way from Cleveland to have my metal gas tank serviced out of my Mercedes-Benz s550. The dealer wanted $5100 for labor and parts, and online $850 for a used tank. Rich patched the holes sealed it and painted it. The tank looked totally new. Rich saved me alot of $$$$ so im forever thankful. I would definitely recommend his services plus he's a very cool guy. Thank you Rich!! Im exceptionally satisfied ? ☺️”

I initially went here not really knowing how the damage from my accident was going to be fixed, but Bob walked me through everything, explained the insurance claim process, and probably saved me a lot of money. Definitely recommend them, and I’ll be getting all my body and paint work done here from now on.”

“10 I would Highly Recommend Akron Auto Painting for Any of Your Car Body Repair and Paint needs. They replaced my front bumper after a deer ran into my car. I have a pearl white car and they matched the paint Perfectly! Not only could you not tell that the bumper had been replaced, but it look better than when / purchased my car. Guy, was very informative and patient with explaining everything that would need to be done. The estimate was the fairest after shopping around and the turn around time was Great. They even detailed the interior and washed it. I can't Thank Them Enough... I'm Very Happy With The Service / Received. Bottom Line, You Don't Need To Shop Around They Are The Best in Town.”

“Patrick and the team always deliver great customer service. Most dealerships/independent mechanics don't let you see whats actually wrong, you just have to tale their words for it. Everything (mainly brakes) that was a problem, I received a video explanation from the guy working on my SUV. He even caught that my engine air filter was damaged by another company that replaced it just a couple of weeks earlier (video of that too). I'll definitely be back, but I'm hoping just for oil changes for the next 2-3 years, hahahahaa!”

“Words can not explain how happy I am, that 5 stars doesn't even do justice for how satisfied I am with Akron Classic Auto Body (they deserve a trillion stars)! From the moment I called into getting information on getting repairs done to my 18 Honda Accord due to someone hitting and running it unattended overnight. They left a huge weight off my chest. They got me in such a quick timely manner and only took 5 days to complete! My car came out looking perfect, the work is overly top notch. The color matching as well, came out absolutely perfect!! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for to get body work done to their vehicle, go to Akron Classic Auto Body! Thank you so much to all the wonderful people there, I left with a huge smile on my face!”

“I have had many different cars and mechanics throughout my life. This team has worked on all my Chevys. Currently my 1993 Indianappolis 500 Pacecar Camaro and my 1997 30th Anniversary Z28 Convertible. They are my gems and they have been reasonable with pricing, timely in returning the vehicles and usually available. They have not done unnecessary work when I suspected greater repairs were necessary. They fixed issues directly saving me money on my AC, starters, suspension and tires. The only thing that was not a job they would do was my Convertible top. But at least they were honest in their services. I recommend them 100 percent.”

“Two times since November 2025 my Subaru Forester was hit while parked. Both times, I requested that Caliber Collision fix the damages to my vehicle. I am so grateful for making that decision. Both incidents, Dawn was able to help get me scheduled to bring my car in quickly. She went above and beyond in accommodating my schedule and providing me with helpful information about how the whole process would go. The first incident I worked mostly with Bruce. He expertly assessed the damage to my vehicle and quickly got repairs moving forward. The most recent incident, I worked with Bruce (again) and Darrell. Both Bruce and Darrell kept me updated throughout the entire process on the status of my vehicle. I cannot recommend this company enough and specifically working with Dawn, Bruce, and Darrell!! Their customer service is unmatched and they should all be acknowledged!! The 2nd incident I dropped my car off for repairs and I already have it back within the same calendar week, and it looks immaculate, like a brand new vehicle. Thanks you guys for all your help. You made the whole experience of being hit twice within 3 months bearable. I hopefully wont be seeing you again (knock on wood) but if I am in need of body work in the future this is the only location I will visit. One more helpful thing for others to know is, both incidents Caliber was able to coordinate for a rental car to be right at the caliber location for me to pick up when I dropped my Subaru off. This made it super convenient.”
