“Went to get brakes but was told my vehicle was not worth keeping because of the rust. Appreciate them letting me know this and not just doing the job for the $ and letting me be on my way”

“My experience buying a 2025 van from Lambert, working with Will Spencer was quite different from other car buying, they really value YOUR time. In the past I would rather have a root canal than buy a new car. Will and his team changed that. they are an hour drive from me, but I will definitely go back for my next car.”

“While driving from Maine to Ohio, I lost a tire and rim off my truck. I managed to make it to Twinsburg on my spare tire, but I didn't feel comfortable driving back home on a spare with damaged lug nuts. I searched everywhere for help, but nobody was able to assist me until I found Chrome Customs. Not only were they willing to help, but they even came in on a Saturday to make sure everything was completed in time for my return trip on Sunday. Their customer service was outstanding. The team was helpful, understanding, and took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how basic they may have seemed. I also got a chance to see their impressive selection of high-end wheels and tires, which was a great experience in itself. Thanks to their dedication and professionalism, I was able to get back on the road with confidence. I highly recommend Chrome Customs to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service.”

“Today is the Labor Day. We are on a road trip from New York to Michigan. On the way, we visited Cuyahoga national park and stayed in a hotel in Stow, OH. Early morning on our hotel parking lot, we discovered by accident that one of tires on our Tesla model y developed a crack without hitting any pothole or curb to our huge surprise. We started to call Tesla service, but it was not open because of the holiday. The same thing happened to many other tire service stores. Lucky enough, we found The Choice Auto Service centers. The manager, Dennis, was able to source a suitable tire and fix the problem for us. We were able to get back to our trip again. In addition, he also tried to help figure out why we had such a rare case of tire wall cracking. With his help, I was able to take pictures of the damaged tire inside and out to build a case against a tire quality issue. We were lucky to get such a wonderful service. Thank you!”

90 Graham Rd, Cuyahoga Falls OH 44223
“Brought my 15 year old vehicle into the Graham Road store with a multitude of engine problems. Cory, Mike, and Jake were extremely helpful and professional in diagnosing and communicating back to me what needed done, and what the cost would be. The repairs took a little longer than expected, but I was okay with that - above anything else, I wanted them done right. And they were. It is a very reassuring feeling when you are driving home to absolutely know in the bottom of your heart that your previous car problems are now a thing of the past. So, kudos to the service advisors and the technicians that worked on my car. A job very well done.”
