“Jim was the guy that helped me rent a 5 foot by 9 foot open trailer. I had never towed anything before and he hooked it up to my truck and everything. I asked him questions (since I never towed before) and he didn't make me feel dumb or anything. He was quite knowledgeable and was able to explain things in a basic way so I understood.
