There were were 2 ladies working there that day, they were very helpful, friendly and professional and were able to answer all my questions, that really swayed me into going with valley storage. I told him I was 61 and he said to me and I quote, "you don't look at day over 62". Good guy, wish they all were like him.”

“We moved with Cotter June 26,27,and28, 2023. The estimate was precise, the move was professional. The team of 6 guys worked from 9 to 5 for 3 days which is what was recommended. Jeff and C.J. were absolutely above and beyond, but all the guys were hard workers and professional. We moved with this company 23 years ago into the house we just moved out of. We were just as satisfied then. If I were to move again, I would just hire them and skip the other estimates.”

“Overall this place is decent. I think the prices are getting a little high because they raised the rent recently. The office staff is nice and accommodating. First month was free and got a free lock.I think there may be mice since they put rat poisoning in the unit. That kind of freaks me out because I have boxes with handles and if I open a box on day and find a mouse I'm gonna be flipping out. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.The overall condition of the units is ok. They do seem more rundown than say Public storage but it's closer to my home and therefore, more convenient.”

“This storage facility is perfect for my needs. It's inside a large building where I can drive inside through a coded overhead door and drive along the center lane to the crossing aisle where my unit is located. Very convenient and there are carts available to use to roll right up to the unit. The whole facility is climate controlled so my unit stays at a constant temperature which is good for my items. I only needed a small storage area so I was able to get one at a very reasonable monthly fee without having to sign a long term lease. A nice additional feature is the large central restroom area. Clean and convenient. My unit has a secure padlock and the whole facility is secure with coded access and cctv surveillance.”

“I don't have anything bad to say about them and it's just can't really rent your storage place five stars but I did store my stuff there for an awful long time and never had any problems finally got everything cleaned out and moved after years so I guess it's just bittersweet thanks for never having to really do anything but take my money I guess and nowadays that's still say it a lot no problems never raise my rates never even seen them for 6 years 4.9 Stars”
