I have been with US bank for MANY years for a reason. They have always treated me and my money right for the 10 years I have been with them. That to me is the most important quality I could ask for from my financial establishment!

It takes way to long to get service. Doesn't matter if you are inside or outside. No one should have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for service. Especially when you have teller there doing things that don't service the customer. It's a JOKE
