I went to this location for the first time today to mail a passport renewal. I wish I had gotten her name, but the person who helped me was so kind and immediately got me the right envelope, provided tracking, and got me in and out of there in 2 minutes. These people suck. They are so lazy and don't even do the minimum. Use Fedex when possible.

Lucky I'm giving one a package that was supposed to be delivered to my address got sent back to sender from akron and no one answers phones or helps it went from akron supposed to be delivered to Apple creek and instead is no in Chicago illinois how lovely
