What did I do to deserve such nasty mail service? Seems like every one there is either unwilling or incapable of doing their job? I just wanted my package LOCATED… but no. I ended up getting a refund for the lost/stuck package by the original sender because this USPS facility is a joke.

Came by today to mail a package and doors were locked, hours said 8:30-5:30 on the door. We came by at 4 and both doors were locked. No posted signs anywhere that said that it was closing early

I went to this location for the first time today to mail a passport renewal. I wish I had gotten her name, but the person who helped me was so kind and immediately got me the right envelope, provided tracking, and got me in and out of there in 2 minutes.
