“Ok, I can't say enough good about Dr Faulkner and his staff. We weren't patients for very long. Our Baxter who was only 10 mos old had to b put down last night. The clinic was technically closed but Dr Faulkner and the staff stayed to do surgery. As soon as we came in the door they were all over us, loving on Baxter and and reassuring me. Unfortunately sometimes things like this happen and no matter the love or care received isn't enough. This was my Bax. He was only 10 mos old. He absolutely loved everyone at the Gentle Vet. They make you feel so welcomed and provide quality care for your pet. I will be forever grateful to them for the love and excellent care they showed my baby. When the time is right, I'm sure I'll b a mom again and the Gentle Vet is where I'll be coming. They are truly wonderful people. Thanks everyone for all you did.”

I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring pet clinic! I found them to be very reasonably priced. “I took my almost 13 yrs old Sheltie, Rafiki (Rafi) to Turkey Family Pet Center Friday Feb 3 2024. I thought I would not bring him home. The assistant Corey was so sweet to my dog. Carried him to and from the car into and out of the office. He loved on him and was so helpful. We think he has cancer from the blood work but his issue that day was mobility and he is old and has arthritis. Corey did see him get up and walk some so Dr Horst decided to try Carprofen and Antibiotics to see if we got lucky and had more good time with him! Well it's Wednesday now and he has been doing real good. He can get up and down himself, go up and down stairs and walk the fenced in yard. I will take what time I can with my lovable companion as long as he's not suffering. Thank you so much Dr Horst and Corey. And thank you to the whole staff. Everyone was pleasant and compassionate! The waiting room is beautiful and very relaxing.”

“Our previous vet stopped taking dogs and I ended up giving it a shot here and have to say the entire staff went above and beyond. I was a little abrasive and untrusting given the circumstances. However, the Dr and staff remained kind and compassionate throughout the process. During her dental exam the dr noticed what looked like cancer and upon further investigation that’s exactly what it was. I’ve had these skin spots checked through my girls life and have always been told they are not a concern. I am eternally grateful for everything your staff did for me even when I wasn’t being kind. Crystal made sure both Aria and I were comfortable throughout the process. Thank you all so much!”
