“I’ve been a Chase customer for many years. I’ve always received the greatest customer service from the locations in Salem & Alliance, Ohio. Yesterday, my son & I needed docs notarized for a mortgage refinance so we stopped at the Alliance OH Chase branch & Amanda Booker, was exceptional!! I didn't make an appointment prior to us walking in & she wasn’t rude about us not having one. She sat with us & reviewed the entire packet of paperwork with us, even before she notarized it. And she didn’t have to do that! We really appreciated her assistance, but more so, her friendliness & how personable she was! Polite & helpful people are few & far between these days, so Amanda deserves the kudos!”
“I moved my checking and savings accounts to the Alliance branch of CNB more than a year ago. I thoroughly appreciate and enjoy the personal touch that comes from working with a smaller Bank. Some people may prefer anonymity but when it comes to my funds, I would rather have bank personnel who know me, know my banking patterns, and are more likely to determine if something was amiss in terms of activities with my accounts. The large banks may offer some additional services but all I need is easy access to my accounts through a smartphone app, electronic deposit for checks and electronic bill pay.”

“Sandy and Kelly. Those two ladies are AWESOME!!! ?? Would totally have given the two of them 500 stars!! But Huntington as a bank only gets 4 because honestly, charging someone without an account 10$ is a bit much when the check is drawn on YOUR bank to begin with. However, that being said, if u need a bank account, go see these ladies!!! They made my experience very friendly and very painless.”
