“I moved my checking and savings accounts to the Alliance branch of CNB more than a year ago. I thoroughly appreciate and enjoy the personal touch that comes from working with a smaller Bank. Some people may prefer anonymity but when it comes to my funds, I would rather have bank personnel who know me, know my banking patterns, and are more likely to determine if something was amiss in terms of activities with my accounts. The large banks may offer some additional services but all I need is easy access to my accounts through a smartphone app, electronic deposit for checks and electronic bill pay.”

“The tellers are so nice and helpful! ☺ They make an effort to remember you when you come in a lot and now I know most of them by name! Also they're very thorough in explaining complicated bank stuff. They let you know right away if your account has an issue. The only thing is you can't make up your own pin for your card, but that's such a minute con that it doesn't really matter lol”

“The 2 female bank employees yesterday performed excellent job redeeming my paper I Bonds. The government is doing away with paper bonds and some banks won't redeem the paper ones. They never had done this before and I had 19 bonds which have to be verified and info on back to be filled out... They patiently went thru the process and took almost 2 hours and got them redeemed. They were most polite and friendly and THANKYOU!!”
