Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio has been a valued part of the Northeast Ohio community for over 100 years. With a network of 23 stores, it supports various community services, including employment programs for individuals with disabilities and family strengthening initiatives. Customers generally appreciate the clean, organized stores and the great selection of clothing at reasonable prices. Many have praised the friendly and helpful staff, enhancing the shopping experience with excellent customer service. However, some shoppers express disappointment over the recent removal of weekly half-price tickets, which they found enjoyable for finding bargains. There are also concerns about the new stickers on books that can damage them. Overall, Goodwill remains a popular choice for thrifty shoppers looking for unique finds while supporting community outreach programs.
Great goodwill. Well staffed today. Racks were nice and full of goodies, so we're the shelves of assorted home goods. Nice store. Pleasant staff too.

There were a lot of good donations, the staff was kind, but the prices were higher than any other goodwill I've ever been to, and I go to a lot.

I don't shop at Goodwill regularly anymore because their prices have gotten much higher than other thrift stores in Stark county. The people at this one were friendly and helpful.
