“100% recommend this place!! I was long for a very specific car and found one here which was over and hour and a half from my home . My husband and I arrived and were greeted very warmly by Billy Gramann. I myself have horrible anxiety in social situations but Billy wasn't pushy or adamant about us buying this SUV. Literally told us to drive it all over and gave us directions since we weren't familiar with the area. We thought we heard a weird noise so Billy took the car drove it himself then let us drive it again for an hour straight long time to see if we hear it which we didn't. The whole process of buying my new SUV was flawless and sooo easy. The facility is beautiful and clean and just over all lovely. Everyone was so helpful and nice and I wasn't looked down to when I didn't understand all the car jargon. They explained everything so well. Corey in financing was super helpful as well and made it so easy!!”

I called to get an estimate for some minor damage to my daughters car. I was told to had on down to their sister location on Kellogg to get an estimate, as that is where all the work is done and they would be much faster.
I went down and talked with Melanie and she came out got my information and took a bunch of pictures. Then she sent it over to Chris. He took a look at the pictures and info that Melanie had taken and then we went out to take a look at the damage. He spent about a minute looking and said he would be right back. He went in got some solvent and rags and proceeded to wipe off almost all of the paint and damage!
Melanie and Scott were awesome and would not let me pay for anything. I highly recommend Anderson and Ernst Collision! They are well worth the trip!”
“My Toyota got towed here back on May 21st after a guy ran a red light and tboned me. Steve and his crew took great care of my car and me! He answered any questions I had, he kept in constant communication when the insurance company wouldn't even talk to me, and he was always friendly and kept me calm while my car was being worked on. It took 3 months to repair the damage the guy did to my car but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Highly recommend!”
“I had a great experience from beginning to end. Before choosing them for my insurance claim repair, I stopped by to meet them and ask questions about the damage and a few other things. They were super helpful and kind. Pam was especially fantastic through the whole process getting everything set up and dealing with issues from the insurance company and having to make changes. Service was fast - parts came quick and repairs were done fast! This was completely an opposite experience from a repair I had done a couple years ago at a different body shop. I'm thankful for that!”

“Special shout out to body shop manager Joy. Actually took the time to call me back and discuss the scenario. I special ordered an allocation car And didn't think I would ever see it. The delivery driver snagged it on the trailer and damaged the front end. Joy and the shop did everything they could to get the car back as soon as possible and it looked great. Couple minor issues but honestly I think that was from the flatbed driver that brought it back out to Mount Orab Ford. Bill and Steve at MTO Ford also did a great job given this situation. Big thank you to all involved.”
