“I want everybody to know that if you ever get in a car accident or you need damages fixed on your vehicle, I would 100% recommend First Class Collision. I was in an accident where I was rear-ended, and the back end of my car was smashed. They were able to fix everything that need to be fixed on my vehicle and they were able to color match exactly to the car. Also I feel terrible but I left my car a mess before I dropped it off and when I picked it up I didn't realize at first but they had completely detailed the entirety of my car. Truly a great company they went above and beyond I had numerous scenarios where my rental was being finicky but they solved it for me and told me not to worry about it. They made the whole situation such a smooth transition between dropping off my vehicle, the rental and picking it up and everything in between. Christina, Ben and Aron are all amazing and I didn't get to meet the mechanic crew that fixed my car but they're amazing as well, they did such a nice job. Thank you guys again!”

“Tyler is THE guy when it comes to car body repair. Got into a wreck and the entire front end of my car was ruined. By the time it was done looked BETTER than brand new. When I went to sell the car had multiple dealerships comment they wouldn’t have noticed (if they didn’t pull up the car fax). Tyler is great with communication as well. Constant calls with updates letting me know what’s next, what’s done, and how long. Will forever take all my cars here!”

“My car looks brand new!! I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and my paint was peeling off badly on my roof, hood, and a few other areas. It was very unsightly. They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can’t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.”

“Someone with a truck opened their door and put a big dent in my car. I stopped in for an estimate. Clint Knab waited on me. Probably one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He was able to get me in for service in a couple days. Sam worked on taking out the dent. The work he did was phenomenal. There is no trace of the dent what so ever. The cost was very reasonable. “Sean does absolutely incredible work!! I brought my Honda CRV in with extensive damage to both the rear passenger door and the front corner and he returned it looking like a brand new car! Not only did he do pristine work, compared with the other shop Honda had recommended to me he charged half the price and did it in one third of the time. Not only that but he cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the vehicle as well! I cannot recommend him highly enough. Amazing work, super friendly, honest and professional. “I can't say enough nice things about Chip Bare. I would definitely recommend him for any type of collision work. My car was totaled after another driver with FOUNDER'S insurance ran a red light and T-boned me. I must have called about 20 collision repair shops that day. Chip was the only one who offered to not only help to repair my car, but also to help deal with the insurance company. He spent a lot of time just explaining the process to me and offering assistance in any way that he could. He also offered to let me keep the car on his lot without any storage fees. They ended up totaling out the car and telling me to "dispose of it myself." Chip not only offered to take care of the car, but he also offered me money for it. Good guy that cares. His staff are very friendly, too and have been in the business for many years. I would go to him in a heartbeat if I needed any collision work done in Cincinnati. He will get you in within a reasonable time frame and go above and beyond.”

“My beloved Smart car was in an accident and suffered damage to my headlight and front right bumper. I was nervous my car wouldn't be able to be repaired since it is a unique car that isn't sold in the US anymore so parts are hard to find.
Fortunately, the only part that was hard to find was a new headlight. The part was ordered and arrived earlier than I expected. My car was ready the same day it came. It was even cleaned inside and out before I arrived to pick it up.
Everyone seemed to genuinely care about the situation and called me with updates. I am really happy I chose them to fix my car and will recommend them in the future!”
