“My car looks brand new!! I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and my paint was peeling off badly on my roof, hood, and a few other areas. It was very unsightly. They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can’t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.”

Every other place was full it seemed like until, I stumbled on to Deans. They were open and honest about the work that needed to be done, got me in right away and communicated well with my insurance. “I can't say enough nice things about Chip Bare. I would definitely recommend him for any type of collision work. My car was totaled after another driver with FOUNDER'S insurance ran a red light and T-boned me. I must have called about 20 collision repair shops that day. Chip was the only one who offered to not only help to repair my car, but also to help deal with the insurance company. He spent a lot of time just explaining the process to me and offering assistance in any way that he could. He also offered to let me keep the car on his lot without any storage fees. They ended up totaling out the car and telling me to "dispose of it myself." Chip not only offered to take care of the car, but he also offered me money for it. Good guy that cares. His staff are very friendly, too and have been in the business for many years. I would go to him in a heartbeat if I needed any collision work done in Cincinnati. He will get you in within a reasonable time frame and go above and beyond.”

“I struggle to find the words to write this review, because Brian and Kelly did something most meaningful to me - they literally saved my summer.I was on a cross-country road trip in my Dodge camper van when suddenly it broke down in Cincinnati. On a Sunday, I was very lucky to find that Vogt Auto was one of the only mechanics open.Though they specialize in VW restorations, Kelly said it was no problem for me to have my van towed there. Though it turned out my repair was extensive and ended up needing the entire back end and driveshaft replaced, I was treated like family while I was there - they went above and beyond, even letting me sleep in the van in the lot. This is not a big corporation you're dealing with -- this is a family-run business and it shows!Brian was forthright in letting me know what he was seeing as he went through the investigations, and after the repairs were completed, he gave me a detailed breakdown of the entire work he performed, the parts he ordered, and his hourly rate - a fair price for saving my summer.I can't thank them enough.”

“I was referred to Hank's after an accident I was in. I was anxious when I got there because it was a smaller shop than I had expected. I am glad to admit I was wrong.They were extremely helpful, especially with working with my insurance and getting all the paperwork filled out and turned in. They kept me informed in their progress and kept to the dates they promised my car would be ready. Ray was especially helpful when I had scheduling conflicts to pick up. “I wish I could give more stars!! Mellanie and the Scott's were great to deal with. The three of them made me feel like I was a part of the family. They treated my truck like it was one of their own. They communicated at every chance to make sure I was always aware of what was happening. In the end my truck was deemed a total loss by insurance after 2 months. If their work is anything like their personalities and communication then I have no doubt it would have looked better than new.
