“Had to leave a review! I stopped in here this afternoon with already high hopes. I preordered the mama hospital blanket crew neck and was there to pick it up. Decided to look around. Obviously their clothes are beautiful. Anyhow as I was looking at a dress to buy the lady behind the counter didn't hesitate to offer to hold my 5 month old son so I could try it on. I ended up buying said dress loving my crew neck both are very high quality. The crew neck is soft and comfortable. The dress had pockets which was a win for me! Highly enjoyed shopping here and hope to be back in the near future! Thank you so much for such a pleasurable shopping experience!”

“I'm from Northern Ireland and got married on October 9th in Cleveland. I bought a full outfit and am very pleased with the quality of the outfit and the service that Celtic Corner provided. We called in advance and booked an in-person appointment on July 3rd. I was measured and purchased everything that day at the store, except for a specific color of kilt and fly plaid that I wanted, which was ordered from the UK and arrived in just over 6 weeks (as expected). When the items arrived the fabrics did not match perfectly but Celtic Corner sourced and produced for us a custom-made kilt and fly plaid cut from the same material and ensured that they were mailed to us speedily, before our wedding. In fact, we liked the new kilt and fly plaid better than the original ones I ordered. Celtic Corner were always responsive via phone and email, provided friendly service, and worked hard to ensure that we got the outfit we wanted on time.”

These are challenges for any retail team, especially in today’s environment where higher wages - lead to staffing constraints, and evolving customer expectations all play a role in operations.

Retail looks different today than it did even just a few years ago, and many stores are doing their best to adapt while still offering quality service and affordability. I appreciate the effort the staff puts in and will definitely continue to shop here! I’ve always had a great experience.”

“Giving five stars not for the place itself or the way it looks but for the sweet cashier that I had helping me tonight, around 5:30-5:40 ish on 12/26/25. I didn’t catch her name but she was wonderful, definitely the type of person you’d want running your registers! She was happy and helpful, very friendly and was working her tail off! She was the only cashier with a lonnnnnng line of people. Even seen a manager walk up to the front look at the long line a hurry up and turn around assuming she didn’t want to help the cashier?”

“Today I went into the shop looking for something super specific and almost obsolete, devyn went COMPLETELY out of her way to try to help me. After leaving the store I realized I left my card somewhere and called 5 of the ten places we had been today, started to panic thinking someone may have stolen my card . And just as I was calling the sixth I got a text message from this wonderful angel informing me she found my lost card. She was wonderfully helpful, super nice, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend you shop here. Great employees, great selection; and they’ll go above and beyond for you. ❤️”
