“Village Hardware in Bethel, OH is a true asset to the southern Clermont County area! They have knowledgeable staff who are extremely helpful. Every time I walk in the door someone asks, “What can I help you find?” This is especially helpful in situations like today when I was looking for repair/replacement parts for the plumbing under my kitchen sink, and even when I was wrong about what I needed I went back with parts I took off and they were able to help with a refund and exchange for the right parts. I'm not a professional plumber, but I can do repairs with the support Village Hardware employees give in finding the right parts. Thanks to their help, we have our water turned back on and no leaks. I can't wait to come back for garden supplies, or anything less stressful than plumbing!”

“it's the best Home Depot in Cincinnati! the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I normally have my dog who is very well behavedwith me and even a few employees remember him by name. To me that's huge WOW! If something is not in stock the service desk is always very helpful. I have been going to this Home Depot for a long time. So long, I still remember when this was a 24hr a day Home Depot. I've maybe encountered less than 5 employees in all those years that just weren't a typical Home Depot employee. Hats off to the great staff that make me loyal to HD.”

“GREAT EXPERIENCE! I spent 40-50 minutes going through the nuts & Bolts and was left to myself(just how I like it). I picked out the 50 I needed plus a few to clutter my hardware at home, I snapped a pic of the barcodes and headed to check out. The gentleman working was a great example of customer service and professionalism. Super nice, super helpful, he got me signed up for rewards and gave me a $10 off coupon. I planned on going to Lowe's but I was driving past there and just couldn't pass up the chance to check out the nuts and bolts and hopefully not drive all the way to Lowe's. I will say it was about 12 bucks and it probably would have been about $8 at Lowe's. But if I would have to sit there and played around with everything at Lowe's security would have been swarming and I probably would have left irritated if I found what I needed at all. So definitely going to be going back to Ace in Amelia... They need to start a service where they go around and teach McDonald's and Wendy's employees how to treat people and act like professionals.”
