What started as simply getting my wedding ring repaired turned into upgrading to a beautiful new set that I absolutely love. While I was in the store, Seary thoughtfully saved the information on every ring I tried on. “Despite finding the email saying the ring was done and ready for pick up four months after the fact (no fault of theirs, I had a lot of spam emails from colleges that it got lost in), I reached out and they still had the ring available for pick up or delivery! The person I spoke with over email was very kind and patient as well as very quick to respond (sometimes responding just minutes after I emailed them). Even when I realized I wouldn’t be able to get to the building on time to pick it up before closing, they offered to stand outside with the ring since I didn’t live too far away. All the employees that I interacted with were very kind and understanding, and now I have a beautiful and well made ring with a graduation cap shaped ring box to accompany it :)!** Reminder, this all happened in one day and was four months after the ring was originally supposed to be picked up!”
