U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
2239 OH-125, Amelia OH 45102
“It was very beneficial to have self check-out and check-in for this rental. Getting to the U-Haul rental while they were open was difficult with my schedule. But having the ability for after hours self pickup and drop off made this much easier on me. The truck had less than 21k miles on it and was in new contortion. Highly recommended.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
1184 West Ohio Pike, Amelia OH 45102
“I ended up renting two separate trucks from this location for a total of 7 days. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and explained in detail everything I needed to know. The last day when I returned it was a day that we had extreme heat and I'm sure I must have looked a mess and overheated. He actually brought me a bottle of cold water to drink well I was waiting for my ride to pick me up. He went above and beyond the normal customer service. Thank you I will definitely use this location in the future and recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
530 Clough Pike, Cincinnati OH 45244
“I lucked out that the truck I got was brand new and just had a little over 1000 miles on it! The clerk was so friendly and helpful to make sure I knew all the features of the truck and felt comfortable before driving. He advised me to take pics of the dashboard before I left, to keep accurate record of mileage and gas. Also I was happy to participate in the vehicle distribution program and receive the compensation/perks from that.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage at Beechmont Ave
8210 Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati OH 45255
“My complaint is for Uhaul in general. For the 12' x 6' tandem trailer, there is no tongue jack which forces the customer to lift the tongue without mechanical support. And you have to pull trailer around everywhere once loaded. I won't rent again for this reason since it's intentional!”
